Alfresco shopping and dining in Liliw Laguna

With NCR plus still one week to go before the end of extended MECQ, treat your mom to an alfresco shopping and dining in Liliw Laguna this mother's day.
Dine-in services are not allowed in areas under MECQ, but food establishments can continue to operate with their take-out and delivery services. Restaurants with outdoor dining (alfresco) are allowed but only up to 50 percent capacity and should have diagonal seating arrangement and acrylic dividers on tables according to Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Secretary Ramon Lopez.
Arabela, offers alfresco dining, take out, curbside pick up, and delivery from 12nn to 6pm. With a wide variety of food choices on the menu (pasta, steaks, cakes, pastries and more) and delectable drinks (coffee and shakes), you can surely still give mom a memorable mother's day treat this MECQ.

While waiting for your food to be prepared, stroll around the streets for some shopping! There are about 70-80 stores selling footwear along the main street, Gat Tayaw Avenue. Liliw is known as the "Footwear Capital of Laguna" due to its thriving footwear industry.

You can also buy different kinds of pasalubong such as atchara, yema, banana chips, toasted pastillas, fresh goods such as kesong puti, longganisang Lucban, pako, snails and crablets. You may also try out rice cakes such as suman latik (rice cake in coconut caramel sauce) and macapuno (coconut sport) filled bibingka.
