A decent meal costs around 200 per pax
This is our new most favorite place in Pila Laguna. They serve great coffee, pasta, cakes and Filipino dishes.
You can dine al-fresco or air-conditioned indoors.
Watch our short virtual tour to Herbs and Beans below.
My favorite among their iced coffee is their white mocha, then their caramel latte. They taste so heavenly.
You must try their Lasagna, their honey-garlic chicken and chopsuey bagnet.
Their lasagna is simply the best we've ever had.
We also tried their tuna salad, quarter pounder burger, potato wedges, pizza and kare-kareng bagnet. Click here to see Herbs and Beans menu.
In the near future if I find myself nearby, I'll surely drop by here, order a glass of iced coffee, get myself a chopsuey bagnet and rice (if lunch/dinner) a pasta (if snack), honey-garlic chicken for the kids and some cake or cookies for dessert.
If you are planning to have pizza and salad, I recommend you go to Brick-oven Cafe instead.
The Kare-kare is okay but I like Kuya J's creamy kare-kareng bagnet better. Their quarter pounder is not so filling. I expected a quarter pounder to be a bit heavier.
Some dishes can still be improved but we will keep coming back for their coffee, lasagna, chopsuey bagnet and most especially their cheese cake! Their cheesecakes are really good and not too sweet. Highly recommended.
Keen to try more of their pasta, cakes and coffee :)
