Ippudo - is known for their Hakata-style ramen with tonkotsu broth. Above is a picture of one of their special ramen, "Tokusei Tantanmen". A mix of pork tonkatsu and paitan broths infused with sesame oil (550 php)
Below (left), is their best-seller Ippudo sushi, "Torched Salmon Roll" which is an Aburi salmon roll with a dollop of creamy mentaiko mayo and fish roe on top (180 php).
Yakitori is an umami-packed, savory and gently-charred skewers. Above (right), is Yakitori Hachibei's 5 sticks platter (480 php) which includes: Buta Bara Tare, Tomato Bacon Roll, Tsukene (meatball) tare, Tebasaki (chicken wings) Shio and Tori Momo Mentaiko (salted fish roe in Japanese mayo).
Kiwami also have an Hokkaido milk soft-serve bar for ice cream lovers and sweet tooth! Below is a picture of their Nutella Cheesecake (280 php) and Lava Cake with Hokkaido Soft Serve (280 php)
Will definitely come back again to also try out Yabu (known for tonkatsu) and Tempura Tendon soon!
