Planning a short family getaway to Pico de Loro in Nasugbu, Batangas? If you're a family of four with two kids under 12, staying at Pico Sands Hotel may be more cost-effective—and far more convenient—than booking a condo unit via Airbnb.

Condo Guests: Required to pay a one-time entrance fee ranging from ₱1,000–₱1,400 per adult and ₱500–₱800 per child, depending on the season.
Hotel Guests: Entrance fees are already included in your room booking, making it more cost-efficient for overnight stays. Children below 12 years of age can stay for free using existing beddings. For longer stays, condo rentals might still be more economical.
Condo guests: Must first go to the clubhouse to pay entrance fees, then receive wrist tags for access to amenities.
Hotel guests: Will receive their wrist tags upon check-in, saving time and hassle.
During lean season, a condo unit for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (below 6 years old) will cost around ₱6,000 + guest fees. A hotel room will cost ₱8,200 inclusive of guest fees and buffet breakfast.

Condo guests: Room setup and quality of service varies depending on your host.
Hotel guests: Standard room setup depending on your room category. Kids 12 years old and above are already considered adults.
Standard Room (25 sqm): Good for 2 adults. Price starts at ₱7,000 per night.
Superior Room (37 sqm): Ideal for 3 adults.
Deluxe (double beds, 37 sqm) or Premier Rooms (queen beds, 37 sqm): Suitable for 4 adults. Price starts at ₱12,700 per night.
Penthouse Loft (2 floors, 65 sqm): Best for a group of 4, with lagoon views and stunning interiors.
Already booked a deluxe or premium room online? Don't worry, you can still upgrade your accommodation to a penthouse loft for only ₱1080 upon arrival - subject to availability.
All rooms have balconies with a choice of either mountain view or lagoon view. A room with a lagoon view will have a higher price tag of ₱200 - ₱600 pesos compared to a mountain view.
Not all rooms with lagoon view will have unobstructed view of the lagoon. Book the penthouse loft for the best views.

One of the sofa beds can be converted to a bed for two pax. The remaining parts can be put together to form another bed for one pax. There was a door that we thought was a connecting room but contained another extra mattress.
If you plan to exceed room capacity or bring children, email reservations@picosandshotel.com directly for better rates. Their official online booking platform does not allow bookings beyond max capacity.
Extra pax with bedding and breakfast is ₱2,200 per head.
Walking distance to the pool, and restaurants but will need to ride an e-cart to the beach. Condo guests may need to wait for e-carts (every 15 minutes) to reach facilities depending on unit location.

Budget per meal would be ₱500 per pax. We we're a group of 5 pax. Serving is mostly for sharing. A feast for 5 pax usually falls within ₱2,000 to ₱2,500.
